Once you have completed the checkout process, a confirmation page will be displayed with your order number. You will also receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your order details, including your order number, the items ordered and the delivery and billing address. After your order has been shipped, you will receive another email called the shipment confirmation with your order invoice and the delivery tracking.
If you haven't received an order confirmation
- Check your junk or spam folders.
- Check your order status if you have your order number and email address.
If you do not have your order number, then contact us with the name and email address you used to place the order and we can check the order in our system. We are unable to resend the confirmation email but after verifying you we can provide you with your order information.
