We recommend that you do the following before contacting us: 

  • Check with the delivery note that you have received all the products listed. Sometimes we ship orders in separate packages. In this case, we also send separate tracking IDs and invoices. 
  • If you notice that the package is damaged on delivery, it is best not to accept it and report it to the driver immediately.

If there is a problem with your order, you should contact us. When contacting us, please include a picture and description of what is wrong with your order, even if the product isn’t damaged, and we will get back to you with a selection of solutions.
